Apps to help keep you organized?

I'm going to start off by saying I am not tech savvy at all so I'm sure I'm missing a feature on my phone to begin with. I'm basically looking for an app that will help me keep organized. Now that I have 3 small kids and work F/T, I am all over the place (mentally) and I'm having a hard time keeping myself straight. For example, while I was driving to work today, I was thinking that I have to do x, y, & z but I knew I would forget by the time I got to work. I would love to know if there is an app that I could hit on my phone (that maybe attaches to siri?) that I could speak "add x, y & z to 'to do' list" and it compiles a list of things that I can look at so I don't forget. Does anyone know of an app that does that?

As for speaking your to dos, just leave yourself voice memos and add it to your to do list when you can.

You can speak reminders. Dh and I use wunderlist because we can share lists with each other.

We have Wunderlist. We have it hooked up to our Echo.
