how did you find your nanny?
Having issues with daycare. DH wants to consider a nanny. How did you find someone that you trust enough to be in your home? thanks!

Found 2 at Care.com and 1 through family.
One was amazing. The other 2 were duds. Put up nanny cameras (even obvious cheap ones).

how did you find your nanny?
We are in day care but if I'd go nanny route, FB Mommy boards. I'm on a few boards and people are always moving out of the area and recommending their nannies.
