Cell phone rates in Caribbean
Without looking to make calls, what is the fees to text, receive texts and internet? Is there plans to get? Will I receive texts? I have Verizon.

Use free apps. I've used Viber and WhatsApp. You can text or video calls.
Only free on Wifi.

I also have Verizon and it was a flat $10 fee per 24 hours of usage. I think you can receive texts for free but if you send you have to pay the $10. You use the minutes/texts/data from your plan.
