Protecting private and sensitive info
I shred anything that has sensitive info like medical, banking, bills, etc. but what do you do with all the regular and junk mail that you recycle as far as removing your name and address? Shipping labels they slap on every side of Amazon boxes and other online purchases? Labels on old prescription bottles? Those annoying prescription label pamphlets they staple two or three at a time to your prescription bag with all your private medical info and the medication info?

If anyone wants my address it can be found with a 2 second google search. nothing is private anymore- your name, age, relatives, addresses, etc all come up.
I only shred things that have my bank acct info, SS#, credit card info, tax info, etc
