OOT family visiting while in the hospital
Just curious if OOT family came to visit you while you were in the hospital after giving birth, did you help make arrangements to find hotels or help organize their travel plans?
I already have family staying at my house so that's not an option

I didn't have this but um no. They are adults and can book their own travel arrangements. You aren't a travel agent.

DH usually books MIL's travel but that is because we are paying for it. When DS#2 was born, I wanted MIL to stay in a hotel because we were living in a 2 bedroom apt in Manhattan. DH said MIL would be offended if we put her in a hotel. I think she slept on our couch.

100% not. If I went to visit others I wouldnt expect them to do it for me. The most Id do is give hotel recommendations but they can choose and book their own.

We didn't have oot visitors but if we did, they were on their own. They're adults.
