Local hotel for a night away?
Has anyone seen to any hotels on LI that are nice for a night away that has a good restaurant and maybe an indoor pool/hot tub? We usually do Hotel Indigo. Any other nice nearby ones?

Hotel Indigo is very nice but no indoor pool.
The one on Motor Parkway in Hauppauge, the Wyndam I believe, a woman I work with stays there when she has to come to see clients on LI and it has an indoor pool and is very nice. Not sure how the restaurant is though

Yes, meant to mention that! That's the one thing I wish Indigo had! The restaurant is so good though!

It's actually a Hyatt. It's really nice! I got married there.
My coworker goes there often since his wife is ill and can't travel far and loves it - and the restaurant too.

Ah ok, yes. Hyatt. I think it used to be the Wyndam years ago maybe.

I third Eastwind. I went last year with my friends for a spa overnight. The rooms, spa and restaurant were all awesome.

Re: Local hotel for a night away?
Thanks everyone! We actually did Eastwind once as well. I think I'm in the minority but I didn't love it. I'll definitely look into the Viana.
