Water
When did you introduce water to your babies? How much did you give them throughout the day? I have an 8 month old who I havent started with water yet....

When I introduced a cup at 6 months. I EBF so I wasn't going to pump to put it in a cup.

Probably about 6/7 months, offered a sippy cup of water with solids

6 months with a straw cup once a day. Then with every meal once she started eating table food (which was about 7 months).

No worries that you haven't started yet at 8 months, but now is a good time to start. It's really just for practice now and figuring out how to use the cup. We started somewhere around 6/7 months with Playtex lil grippers.

Around 8-9 months but water should be limited to about 4oz a day or so.
