Tipping question
As a bridesmaid in a wedding, the hair girl and makeup girl are coming to the brides house. Do you tip them?
I normally do, but some people say not to because they are pocketing the money anyway because its not at a salon etc.
opinions?

No. I don't believe I ever tipped when you are not at the salon bc they pocket it.
It's one fee and it goes all to them.
ETA - I realized I really don't know the answer. It's been a while since doing hair together for a bridal party and I remember them just saying this is what every girl owes and that includes everything. For mine and my SIL's my mom and MIL paid for. For friends, like I said, they just told me the final cost.

Yes. We collect the tips and give envelope to main person
Every bridal party including my own has done this

they are both private people. both friends of the brides.
they are coming to the house in the morning, doing everyone's hair and makeup.
we were told one price. it is x amount for hair, and x amount for makeup or x amount if you want airbrush...
people were asking me... and i always just tipped 20%... never questioned it.. but now i am haha

I was recently in a wedding party where the hair and makeup girls came to the venue so they were totally pocketing all the money.
Normally, I wouldn't think to tip because they are making all the profit, but the other bridesmaids did so I felt pressured. I gave $10 to each. One of my friends gave them a $20 tip each! 
ETA: they charged $70 for make up and $70 for hair, which I also think is a lot considering they spent about 15 minutes on each girl and they were getting compensated for travel as well.
Oh, and let me not forget they charged an extra $10 if you wanted lashes, which I know is standard, but makes the cost even more pricey.

Tipping question
I would say no, they are keeping the full amount and are charging a higher cost just to some to the house, travel time
