Finalists.
I wonder when they'll have the rose ceremony.
I guess that's what happens when you vote in a reality tv star as president.

And avoiding the press pool on his dinner out. So much for transparency.
We won't see anything like a presidency like this. The guy who is famous for predicting his win (and many others) predicts he will be impeached, because he plays too fast and loose.
We shall see.

Ok - I'm not a huge fan of DT, but this is just silly at this point.
Every single President has come up a with a list of "finalists" for various positions. The presidents themselves and the press has called them "finalists." Just google Obama or Bill Clinton or George Bush and supreme court finalist or any other position finalist and you will see it.
Listen DT has a LOT of issues, but the use of the word "finalist" is not one of them.

Every single President has come up a with a list of "finalists" for various positions. The presidents themselves and the press has called them "finalists." Just google Obama or Bill Clinton or George Bush and supreme court finalist or any other position finalist and you will see it.
Listen DT has a LOT of issues, but the use of the word "finalist" is not one of them.
It's not just that he used the word "finalists". His whole tweet was like he is a game show host about to reveal the winners.
"I am the only one who knows who the finalists are!"
He is thinking about this in terms of his time on the Apprentice.

While I agree with what a lot of anti-DT posters are writing - this is honestly just ridiculous. His method of tweeting is not at all presidential, but what he is doing is not at all uncommon. For example:

I will be the first to admit that I find him and all his minions loathesome but I hope we don't see every little thing being picked apart. We voted for a guy who starred in a reality show. He is not going to turn into a dignified statesman because that is not who he is. People who expect that will be disappointed.
That said when I saw the story about him ditching the press poo to go to dinner I didn't think it was a big deal. I don't care if he wants privacy when he goes out to eat. But I also saw someone on MSNBC point out that the press pool has a security role, documenting anything that happens to or near the president/president elect.

he had no idea the scope and magnitude of the job he applied for. Now that he's been hired he needs to deal with it. He went on and on about Hillary thinking she was above the rules and now what does he do? Tries to break every rule himself.
