i came in to work late this morning (had a job interview... and this is why i must get out of this dysfunctional office). i hadn't yet put my purse down when i'm told that i screwed up.

about 15 minutes into my day i get a phone call from one of the owners very rudely explaining to me how i fukked up.

so, the tech goes to the customer's house, does EXACTLY what i predicted would happen. the results are EXACTLY what i predicted they would be. and now everyone is angry because the customer is upset and confused... i explained one thing, the tech and the owner told her something different... and now they have to re-explain what i originally said would happen.

btw, this is also EXACTLY what SO (who works with me) said would happen and he didn't even want to go forward with today's appt because he already know what would happen.

no wonder people don't last very long in this company.

I hope you get the other job. I have worked in a similar company and even though you get paid, mentally it was horrible. Fingers crossed for you.

the interview was this morning. i believe it went well.

they'll have a final answer by the end of next week.

tomorrow i send out the thank you card and cross my fingers, light a candle, say a prayer.
