selling hair

Does anyone know where someone could do this, in person , as apposed to online? Just a bit of info, my cousin has gorgeous virgin hair and has been donating it for yrs. Recently her DH has had some minor medical issues but it's created a number of bills. We were brain storming ideas to help her pay them off, unfortunately DH and I are unable to financially help them, when DH suggested she sell her hair. Apparently he saw it on an episode of King of Queens once .
I tried go ogling but couldn't find anything that seemed current or even slightly reputable. Any info would be appreciated.

I feel like this is popular in other countries. I know my human hair extensions are sourced from India and Russia- depending on the hair type.

I have never heard of hair sourced from the US.
