Another stupid question from your fav anon PG

I am looking for a way less stressful job, which is something I was doing before I knew I was PG. Question is - when do I tell the new job that I am PG? Will they get POed that I did not tell them on the interview? I know I will not be eligible for FLMA, but I have only been at my current job for 7 weeks, which does not make me eligible anyway.
