Airfare deals?
DD is too big to fly free now :( Anyone have tips on finding a good price on airfare to Florida? I see adds for Hopper & Sky scanner but don't want to waste my time if they're not good.

Airfare deals?
When are you going? You just have to check daily. I think Jetblue was having a sale of some sort this week

Jet Blue is having a 30% off sale. But I have to say it will depend on if it is during holiday season etc and days of the week that you can fly.
My parents live in FL and I only take DS during off times because I refuse to pay crazy rates. But I did just book flights to Disney in April for 198 RT on Jet blue. Check different airports also. We are flying out of LGA but back to JFK

Airfare deals?
I find the sweet spot is 6months prior to my trip regardless of where I'm going. I'm a huge JetBlue fan and drive to Austin from San Antonio specifically to get that airline. They have better deals for me than SW for direct flights to where I want to go. That said, both JetBlue & SW have deals.
I am also often surprised how cheap American can be!! So yes, I use skyscanner.com I try to avoid Delta just because I've had so many issues with them.
I try to avoid SW now that AJ is older because when she was younger we got to board early as a family needing extra time (stroller etc) so we could sit together. But now that she's bigger that seems wrong. I despise non assigned seating. It has to be ridiculously cheaper for me to choose SW and SAT is one of their hubs! LOL

Re: Airfare deals?
I do find the earlier the better with SouthWest . Those Wanna Get Away Fares are the cheapest but sell out fast They open up their flights 6 months prior I believe- I try to book as soon as they open them....if I am booking far in advance that is

we usually fly Southwest to FL. if you are flexible on the dates, i find traveling mid week is the cheapest option. i try to book as soon as possible, to get the wanna get away fares.
