Does anyone have a refurbished phone? and has anyone had issues with their galaxy S7?
I have only had my phone for 6 months & it's starting to act up. Verizon sent me a refurbished phone but I have yet to transfer everything over. I am scared that the refurbished will turn out worse.

Do you have the Galaxy S7 Note? If so, they have been recalled.
If not, then I would not accept a refurbished phone.

No, it' not the Note. Since I am under 1 year, their policy is to offer a refurbished phone instead of a new one. I never bought insurance.

Not a Galaxy, but a couple of years ago DH had a problem with his iPhone and they gave him a refurbished one - seemed like it was brand new. Never would have known the difference.
