Holiday gifts for 20 monther
At a loss as to what to get my DS for Christmas. I don't want to go crazy, but I'm at a loss as to what he might enjoy. He honestly doesn't play with many toys (at least when he's at our house!)
Any thoughts...? I feel like this age is tough.

That's the age we got DS a kitchen set that is a staple in our house for over 5 years now. We did a small one from Ikea.
Another idea would be a train table. Glue down the tracks.
Otherwise, trucks.

Dd is 22 months and likes little people, Lego duplos, chunky puzzles, fridge phonics, our indoor slide and trampoline, Mr. Potato head, paint with water books, stickers. Dd1 was 20 months her second Christmas and loved the btoys cat keyboard, water wow books, colorforms, play kitchen and all kinds of food sets.

Holiday gifts for 20 monther
DS was that age last year. Honestly, he was not into toys until recently (he's now almost 2.5). Last year, we got him clothes, a shopping cart and a few trucks. He already had a kitchen and loved it so if you don't have that, I'd get him one. At 2.5, he now loves Mega blocks and dump trucks.

DS (23 months) loves his mega blocks, animal figures, his little people car ramps and he likes to play with a nerf ball in the house

Ours ds' are the same age. Mine LOVES his sisters real Legos. Not the mega blocks. He also loves chasing his little cars around. He has soft trucks from Costco that go on their own when pulled back. He also has a remote control car. I think it's fisher price. It goes super slow but he loves it! My dd has a baseball pitching machine from toys r us. It uses soft fake baseballs. Ds is able to work it on his own and spends a lot of time filling it and chasing the balls. He tries using the bat, but I think next summer he'll get the hang of the bat.

I got my boys so many cars around that age. The road rippers go on their own when you press a button. We also have spider car, shark car, and scorpion car that I believe are hot wheels.
