Went this morning and got DS a shark costume and found an Elena of Avalor dress to give DD for xmas, they sold out at Costco weeks ago and I was kicking myself for missing out

Is that the elena dress with the blue flowers? Is it very glittery? My DD wants one for hey Bday, but I hate the glittery dresses.
