Retirement contributions
So I am debating on going back to work full time or not after my twins arrive. Currently my job offers a 403b which I contribute to as does my employer, but i have to be a full time employee for those contributions. My question is, if I don't go back full time, can I keep that same account that I currently have? And then how do I do my own contributions? Monthly?

Retirement contributions
Do you have a ROTH? If not, you could set that up and max out your contributions. I am not sure how a 403b works if you are part time.
I currently have a pension, 403b, and ROTH.

Re: Retirement contributions
You can always keep your own account, and you can likely continue contributing. You will just lose the match.
