ok besides the fact that I'm emotional..

I haven't nursed or pumped in two days. Finally tonight I feelsome hardness in my boobs. Do I pump that out...then wait another few days until that goes away? Or leave it and it dries up?

If it's uncomfortable then pump or hand express just the very smallest amount to make yourself comfortable. More than that will send your body the message to keep making milk. Go as long as you can without doing this so your body stops without any discomfort. If it hurts don't leave it though because you could get a clog.

I wouldn't pump. Wear the tightest sports bra possible and don't take it off. Try not to let warm water run over your breasts in the shower and take benadryl. You could also put ice packs in your bra if it gets painful.
