Need a Place to junk my car?
Hi My timing belt went on my 2004 Hyundai Sonata and we tried a new belt but unfortunately the engine is no good. I have my car in Levittown at my dads shop. Is there a place that will give cash for your car and come tow it away? It sucks cause I have new tires on it too! How much cash do they give you nowadays? It's been a long time since I had to do it.

Need a Place to junk my car?
When mine was totaled in an accident, I just looked up a bunch of salvage places and called until one said they would take my car- they didn't give me much- but in my case, Insurance made up the difference.
I know that Kars for Kids takes donations and then you get the tax write off.

When DH's car died, we donated it to Suffolk County Make A Wish. We got the tax write off and loved that any money the car raised would benefit a local child. They were super easy to work with and I highly recommend.

Call IAAI 877-453-5788 they are an auto auction and take junk cars.
I think they may give you the most money. They also can give you an quote online at iaai.com, go under services, sellers, see your car to iaa.

sell your car
She got a lot more for it than she thought she would. They pay you and pick up the car wherever it is.

We donated our car to Make a Wish. Super easy, they came and towed it away.

Agree. Donate it and take the tax deduction.
ETA: DO NOT donate to Kars 4 Kids. They were a nightmare to work with.
