Background: for the last 3-4 months the correct amount s being out on my card, but my employer keeps messing up the amount thats suppose to be taken from my paycheck. The by the second time I told HR, she said the company would cover the cost since it's their mistake. Since that time I have emailed her letting her knows about the mistake, every paycheck I,m afraid to check. Again, with the last paycheck its off by $20.00.

Has anyone had this happen to them?

Would transitchek know about the mistake and charge me?

So how mine works is that by the 10th of every month, I have to login to my transit check account and "order" the amount I want for the next month. The transit check company then sends a report to my employer and says you need to withhold X from paychecks. If you ask to have $20 withheld and they withheld $10, then you owe your employer $10. If you ask to have $20 withheld and they withhold $30, then your employer owes you $10.

From what I understand, the transit check company debits the total amount from my employer by the 15th of every month. So they are paid up. Its now between you and your employer.

My company wont allow us to make the changes to Transitchek on our own, we are locked out. I have to wait and rely on one HR person, who as lovely as she is, she messes up a lot. Even with my claim to the insurance after my car accident last month.

AS far as Im concerned my company will have to eat this on going mistake.

So it sounds like, at some point they will own Transitchek the full amount. TY
