Debit card skimmed
I had my debit card skimmed at a 7/11 ATM machine.
I filed all the reports through the bank and filed a police report.
Has anyone gotten their money back to their bank account? Citibank specifically.
Also at the police station there were multiple reports of this happening while I was filing my report so I wasn't the only one hit.

I have Bethpage credit Union . We got our money back in about two weeks.

Same thing happened to me..whenever I am in 7-11 I tell whoever is there don't use your debit card! Were you at Merrick 7-11 by any chance?

Happened to us too, years ago. It took about a week to get the money back in the account.

No this was in the city in the Upper East Side.
I'm just paranoid that I won't get my money back.

I'm sure you'll have your money back in a few days. It happens all the time, and not just at 7-11 ATMs. It can be on any ATM you use.
Did they say a police report was necessary? Most banks don't require one and the police probably won't follow up on it. Might just be a waste of time.

I got skimmed at the hospital ATM in their cafe I was credited back in a little under 2 weeks - Chase bank

Citibank is fantastic with debit card/credit card protection
i've never had an issue with having to pay any fraudulent charges, and my debit acct has always had the money put right back in

They said it could take 10 business days. It makes me nervous.
