trouble with my old account

Hi! I am not a new user, but had to create a new account. I tried to change my email address on my old account and now I am unable to log in because it keeps giving me an error message. I tried the I forgot my username/password too but I still keep getting an error screen. I have sent three emails to LIF to try to get it fixed but it's been weeks and I haven't heard back. I was hoping I would get some help here.

Last year my account was closed for no reason at all. Others said they had the same problem.

I ended up creating a new account, bc I wasn't getting any response to my e-mails from LIF

It doesn't really seem like anyone is monitoring this site anymore
