Need opinions please help
My ds will be going to pre k 5 days a week in Sept from 8:50 to 11:50. He currently attends speech 2 times a week (we pay for it) he is eligible to receive an extra day of service at a different school on Fridays from 8 to 845am , free of charge , and yes he could use the extra help. Meaning on Fridays he will be around 10 to 15 mins late to pre k. Would you bring him late to his prek class OR cut the speech from 45 minutes down to 30 to get him to school on time?

If he needs the speech I'd do that. Figure he probably isn't missing too much the first 10 to 15 minutes of pre K and it's only one day a week.

When my kids were in pre k they never started on time anyway. I'd have him take the speech class and go later if it becomes a problem with the teacher, you can cut it short . not saying it will but some teachers are like that

I would get the most out of the speech. What's 10-15 minutes in prek. So he misses the hello song lol.

I'd give him the extra speech time. They are usually just setting in the first 10 minutes of school anyway so not like he's missing much.

LOL this. i would just take him late to pre-k. he's not gonna miss much at all in the first few minutes of the day- i'm sure theres people that will run that late, even without speech as an "excuse" 
Just let the teacher know thats its gonna be a regular thing...

Thank you so much! I let the director of the prek know. She said it wont be an issue and she will let his teachers know.
