Anyone have a mortgage with tfcu?

This is the THIRD month in a row we have accidentally made a mortgage payment as principle only and had to make a second full payment. WTF! I don't know what is changed but we cannot afford to keep doing this. Not to mention with dh being a teacher without income most of the summer we are so broke right now. At least if we're blowing through money it's on something practical. Had this happened to anyone else?

When they first upgraded the system we had an issue that our automatic payment was applied only to principal but I called and they were able to reverse it and apply correctly going forward.

Yeah, I don't have one but their new system is sh*t. If you call, they should be able to reverse it and apply it correctly.

I figured e could correct it but it's also nice to see the principle come down lol. We didn't even realize it happened the first month, just thought we paid the mortgage, saw it wasn't paid and paid it. Second month I saw the error so we made a second payment, thought maybe it's a beneficial mistake (still didn't realize we'd done it the month before) and this month dh swears he was so careful and yet it happened again! We're about to refinance so it's nice to think our payments will benefit from the let amount but we also need the cash for closing...and everything else!
