cleaning cushioned flip flops
Does anyone have any suggestions for cleaning fabric gel cushioned Nike flip flops? I wore them on a multi leg vacation and stuck them in my bag when still wet. I pulled them out a few hours later when we arrived at our next stop. But they reek. I let them air dry but oh my goodness they smell so badly. How can I get them to smell ok again? Or do I need to toss them?

Can you try febreeze maybe?
Or even lysol and put them outside in thr sun for awhile

Try sprinkling them with baking soda and leaving them in the sun and or spritzing with white vinegar and leave in the sun.
