6 month old moaning in sleep and waking frequently

Hi. I recently got DS to sleep thru the night with one night feed (breastfeeding). Now all of the sudden he's waking more frequently and when he's sleeping he's often moaning. Could this be teething related? going to ped on Tuesday for well visit anyway but I'm beyond exhausted and of course he's fussy from not sleeping well. anyone been thru this?

I was going to say probably teething, but ask the ped. It happened to us too; when we finally were getting some decent sleep another tooth would come through and throw everything off.
