Bloodwork on Thursday
I am having bloodwork done by my OB/Gyn on Thursday. Anyone know what they will be testing for? Thanks!!!

if its your first round they test for EVERYTHING (all genetic stuff, HIV, etc.) - i had 11 of those little tubes filled when i had it done 
its not bad though - it goes fast.

its not bad though - it goes fast.
Same here. Bring H20 with you. All that blood taken out made me lightheaded and having the water there made a big difference.

I just did mine today... Water def. helped since I do not like needles and they needed soo much blood. they actually needed to take blood from both arms!! I was ready to kill!!!

did your doctor confirm your pregnancy via a bloodtest yet? that is all mine did the first visit at 5 weeks.
the next visit (at about 7 weeks) he said they will take a lot more and test for the other stuff.

I had 4 viles. They tested for HIV, CBC, measles antibodies, blood type, and something else. I dont have a history of anything genetic to test for so they didn't do any of that.
