If you have a nanny full time, do you mind sharing their pay? You can FM if you prefer. I'm brand new to this and wanted to get an idea of what it would cost.

Details: one 3 year old who may or may not go to a nursery program a few times a week (nanny likely not responsible for pick up or drop off) and one infant at home. Hours probably 9-4 or 9-5.
