Recommend a mattress similar to pack and play "mattress"
I know it sounds silly... but my dd sleeps so well in the pack and play when she's at my mother or mother in law, yet she moves all night in her crib.
Granted, it's a much longer sleep, but I feel like she looks more cozy when she's out in the PNP.

Recommend a mattress similar to pack and play
Idk how old your DD is, but I recall reading that young babies are more comfortable in a smaller bed. So it might be the bed size, not the feel of the mattress.

DD is 10.5 months. I actually flipped her mattress today to the toddler side for her naps to see how she does.
