What to do with Dutch Wonderland?

We're going there next weekend for a 3 day weekend. Sat-Monday.

We are planning on doing DW on Sunday. We're trying to figure out what to do the rest of the time. Its us and another family. 4 adults, 2 -5 year olds, 2 infants (8 weeks and 1 year)

We did do DW last year solo, and did a few things around there, the Amish Experience, Kitchen Kettle Village and the Strasbourg railroad.

We thought kitchen kettle was ehh
Amish Experience was OK, but probably not huge on going back
Going to skip the outlets.
Railroad might be an option

-Going to try and do dinner at Good and Plenty or Plain and Fancy, depending on the other family's thoughts on food.
-Considering the Turkey hill experience, not sure if it is good or not.
-There is the hotel pool and playground, we're at the Steamboat, I know not Eden, but the rates were crazy when we tried to book.

Not doing Hershey, we did that and think its just too big for our guys right now when DW is right in their wheelhouse.

I feel like I'm missing something any ideas?

Turkey hill was cool in that you can pay to go into the lab to create your own ice cream flavors- the 5 year olds would enjoy that.

Hands on House is super cute. It's a children's museum with great pretend play areas.

Yeah, we had that problem about 10 years ago when we went as a couple, got to a late start on Saturday and hit traffic, then there was nothing to do on Sunday.

the other thing is Monday is hit or miss too. Cherry hill farm is closed monday.
We're planning on doing Dutch on Sunday since its open. Maybe the train or turkey hill Monday.

Still need to talk to the other couple.
