Hey guys

So after having my munchkins I've got both umbilical hernia and diastasis recti. My OB referred me to a surgeon who specializes in hernias but is there anyone out there that handles both issues?

I hope to not need surgery and that I can make this mushy tummy go away with exercise but I obv need medical clearance

Just wondering if you guys know of anyone who deals with both issues
