Ordering replacement cushions from Raymour

I have 2 couches I got from the Raymour clearance center about a year ago. They still have the couch in stock at the regular store. My one couch the cushions are sinking and not firm- likely because it's used more and spent 3 months in storage with stuff piled on it. Does anyone if you can reorder cushions from Raymour itself or would I likely have to call the manufacturer. My other option is having the cushion restuffed

I bet they'll fix it. They have a furniture repair division, and I bet they'd replace the cushions. Doesn't hurt to call and ask.
