Captiva Island
Anyone ever been here? Is it nice? Pretty? Relaxing? Looking to rent a house at the North Captiva Club. Any info would be appreciated. :)

Never been to Captive but been to Sanibel. Loved it. Quiet though so if you are looking for low key then you will like it.

I'm going there in two weeks for a girls getaway. We're staying at the Seven Seas Resort. Can't wait!

Is this the red tide? Or something different?

Captiva Island
Just got back from Captiva Island. It was amazing. Loved the South Seas Resort. Has beaches, pools, activities and restaurants. We watched dolphins from the pool area, it was so beautiful. The restaurants on the island had delicious food. The water was so warm and the sunsets amazing. I'm definitely gonna go back this time with the hubby and kids. It didn't feel like we were in Florida, felt like its own separate place.
Eta there was no algae situation. Beach and water were both amazing.
