Very excited!! I'm heading here with my kids, my mom, and my brother's family. We went last May and it was a blast. Such a great family resort.

I'm glad to hear that you went before and had a good time. The reviews are so spotty. Its either 1 star or 5 star, no in between.

I'm surprised there were such negative reviews. My kids absolutely loved it and have been asking to go back. We had gone with a group and stayed in a villa with a pool. It was perfect. My brother lives in south Florida so we will be flying into west palm and driving down the next day. They only thing we are doing differently is packing some food since we have a kitchen in the villa.

We came back last week, it was very nice.
It was nice not having to leave the country, but considering we don't have kids I still prefer my favorite all-inclusive adults-only in Cancun.

By the time we added in car rental, food, drink, etc (and we didn't even have that much) it was the same price as the all-inclusive. And I would have gotten a whole lot more alcohol!

I'm going in about 3 weeks. We rent a villa with a private pool, bring food and drinks. It's much more cost effective :)

We go with a group of adults and a bunch of kids though so it's probably different. I generally fly to my brother's in South Florida and it's about a 2 hr drive.
