Car seat (after infant seat) question
My almost 4 month old hates his infant car seat (graco). He is very big 95% for height and we are thinking of switching him to a convertible seat. Is there a seat that goes from this age through booster? We have the britax pinnacle booster for my oldest, but if we can avoid buying a car seat and later a booster  thanks!

The recommended seats that will go from infancy through booster are:
Graco milestone (high back booster only)
Graco 4ever
Graco extend2fit 3 in 1 (don't confuse it with the regular extend2fit which does not become a booster)
Safety first continuum
Safety first grow and go

I have the milestone, 4ever, and the regular extend2fit. I love the 4ever and milestone and haven't used the extend2fit yet but will very soon once my 10 month old gets out of her infant seat.

Car seat (after infant seat) question
we use the Diono Radian - it is great for extended rear facing and it lasts up to 12 years based on the expiration date from manufacturer - last 4 years only as booster
|

Diono aren't typically recommended as a multi mode seat because it's usually outgrown before its time to switch to a booster. But great up until it's time for the booster.

No it doesn't. It's a convertible/multi mode seat that fits newborns-booster age and remains in the car.
