would this bother you???
We went to look at a house yesterday and we noticed that the bike path is right behind the house. It could easily be blocked with a nice fence (owners have up a chain link right now with tons of ivy so you can't see). Aside from that and a small kitchen the house is exactly what we are looking for!
What do you think about this???

that wouldnt bother me. the bike path is usually only busy on the weekends- and you are right, you can just put a fence up. good luck!

Wouldn't bother me about the bike path.
We don't mind small kitchens either, as long as they are very open (not so enclosed).

The bike path wouldnt bother me at all. I like the idea that their would be no houses behind me and you would have a really nice view and probably a lot of shade in certain parts of the yard.
