Disney hotels
Is this feasible? I want to stay at the animal kingdom hotel from sat to Tues then do a other hotel from Tues to Fri/Sat. Will it be a huge pain in the neck to switch hotels? If we do switch what other hotel would you recommend. It will be me, dh, my 4 year old and a 1 year old. Also, I don't want to do 7 days of parks I'm thinking 4. Is there stuff to do at the hotels to keep us entertained? First time Disney goer here and we are doing this at the end of Feb/beginning of March.

I think its pretty common to do this, but you'd have to split your reservation into 2 separate trips which shouldn't (except for maybe the dining plan). If it were me, I'd probably use an agent if this is what you plan on doing.

This is doable. I have done it myself several times. Choosing the right resort for your trip is an important aspect and as a previous poster said, using an agent to help you navigate this can help make the process much easier.

It's incredibly easy to do this. "Split stays" are very common. Bell services will move your luggage for you between hotels. I would recommend making moving day a park day - you may be without a room between checking out of Animal Kingdom and checking into your new hotel.
There is plenty to do at the hotels to keep you entertained.
