what a day I had...update on the updat.
I felt sick all day, lower back cramps/pain, cramping in general as if I was getting my period. Felt as if I was going to pass out all day.
Run out of my office to catch the train only to realize on the way home I left my keys... yes, on my desk.
A friend was traveling with me, coming to my home to look at a few new outfits and bathing suits I bought (needed her opinion).
Get the to train station thinking we would catch a ride with a friend, because I need a ride home to get my spare keys, go back to the parking garage for my car. I Cant find my other friend, now what, do we walk or take a cab?? The friend with me says, we can walk to your house. I dont think I can make it, but we start walking. Took us 30 min. Get home, I'm too hot and sweaty to try anything on. I needed to rest like an old lady. We get home at 5:30, she says, oh I need to catch the 6:35 train home!!! What!!
Nothing gets tried on, we call for a cab bc no way can I walk back to the LIRR. As we're leaving the house. Bam, I get my period. I felt so cranky.
Now, I'm exhausted. I can put my feet up and rest with ice on my knees and hips 
Next, how was your day
Update** SOO what I thought was my period looks like it is a Kidney stone. I was in tears last night from the pain, still not passed

omg that sounds awful...
I found out I was excessed from my teaching job today- good thing I had another job lined up for September.

Wow with a day like that, I hope u're catching some z's right now! Tough unpacking day for me but it'll be like this for a while

Good for you for having a backup plan.
DD woke up at 3:30 am, crying. Her legs hurt. She went back to sleep, I couldn't. There are mockingbirds screaming at each other outside. at 4:00am. Now, I love birds. A lot. Except at 4:00am, I prayed for a slingshot to magically appear.
I finally get to sleep and next thing I know, DH is waking me up. He said, "kids are up!" fml
I'm stumbling to get the kids ready/breakfast when one of them drops sliced almonds all over the floor. No worries, I vacuum. As I'm vacuuming, DD runs up to me to tell me the other DD is standing on the dining room table and knocked my coffee over onto the table and carpet. More vacuuming and out comes the Bissel I need to leave with the kids!  No big deal, right? Someone's missing a shoe, the baby has poop up the back, the dog needs to go out, and the iPad is no longer charging. I start to curse and think about day drinking 
I finally get out at 12:30 and by the time we got home (4 errands) I'm ready for bed. DH is all cheery and asks what's for dinner.

Kidney Stones stink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( I'm sorry you are dealing with it! Are you doing the lemon water or apple cider vinegar? Or is your Dr taking a more aggressive approach? Feel better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lemon water is great for this
If it doesn't pass on its own and pain is getting severe, get over to the urologist. You may need flomax to help it pass.
Hope it's out soon. I feel your pain

I have passed kidney stones and given birth.
Kidney stones were way worse than labor and delivery. No joke.

thanks everyone, still have not passed my stone. I left work yesterday high on drugs in order for me to ride the LIRR home
Came to work today as the pain has stopped. Still have blood in my Urine, but no pain. Flowmax is giving such a headache.
Please send good vibes for an easy delivery of this stone :)

Usually if the pain stops for an extended period of time it means it's passed into your bladder and you should pee it out soon with no pain.

I passed mine and did not know besides a little blood. I never saw the actual stone since it probably was tiny.
