Acupuncture ?
I received a gift certificate for a free acupuncture session. It's not something I've ever really thought about but I'm sort of intrigued and my knee has been bothering me lately which is one of the ailments listed. Does anyone regularly get it done? Or has tried it? Did it help? Do you get hooked on it? Also is there any benefit to just going once, I'm guessing it takes multiple sessions before you notice any change?

Acupuncture ?
I love going. It is something that you need to do a few times to see the effects, for the most part. It's also very relaxing. Go and enjoy!
