What do you think of these Bday favors...
It's for my DD's 6th Bday party. Kids range from 2 to 8.
Was thinking of giving each kid a sand bucket with shovel and other sand toys.
Do you think that's good or will parents say they have a lot of those.
Trying to get something useful for the summer. Any other ideas? TIA

Can you do a small water can? I say that as someone who loves the pool, but not the beach. I think kids can get a lot more use out of a small watering can in the tub, pool, and beach as opposed to sand toys if people don't like the sand as much.

What do you think of these Bday favors...
I almost did the sand bucket as well for my dd's 4th. I think it's a great idea... We throw the old crappy ones out every year. I wound up doing kites instead though. It went over well!

I think it's a great & useful favor.
Other summery ones are:
Beach balls
Kites
Airplane gliders
Water guns (we received this, amid controversy)
Water balloons
Sidewalk chalk (we got a great pack by crayola)
Rainy day activity books

It's a nice favor and you really can never have too many, that being said we are getting close to too many! Three already just from end of year parties. I like the idea of a kite, beach ball, water squirter too.

Love the pail idea. But I like kites or bubble wands a hair more. I hope she has an awesome, amazing birthday

Same here. We have an overload of buckets, chalk, and everything bubbles. Actual sand toys we don't have that many of. Love the kite suggestion though. They are inexpensive and although we have a few I find after one or two uses they often end up tangled so it's easier to just use a new one.
