moving help!
Looking for a company that will come in and buy furniture and remove from my parents house- They are selling the home, to down size and cannot be lifting, moving etc
The main concern area is the attic

Years ago while helping my grandma downsize and move, we looked for something like this.mthe best we could find was a whole house appraiser. He wanted the best items and said he would auction them. She said no. It ended up that a few days before moving the movers came out, and brought the items that were unwanted outside and we had scheduled a donation truck to come by that day. So she did get a tax write off. But it still cost her money as part of the move.
