how to tell if 4 month is hungry
ok- warning stupid question. It seems my DS always has his hands in his mouth. He's on the low side for weight so I keep offering to feed but he doesn't always eat or he'll suck for a minute and stop. Is he teething? any way to tell the difference? like I said stupid questions

how to tell if 4 month is hungry
Could be hungry. Could be teething. Could just be that the discovered their hands and can put them in their mouth.
If they're crying and seem in pain. Teething.
If they're crying and are rooting and looking for a bottle or boob. Hungry.

If his hands are just in his mouth and no crying with it he's prob just discovered them/likes sucking etc

I could never tell.
When in doubt, boob
Though he was a really chunky baby so I probably overfed him.

how to tell if 4 month is hungry
My almost 3 month old eats his hands constantly. He's no hungry he just likes them. I read that around this age they start eating them.

Jillian is 4m and she will cry when she's hungry. She has her hands on her moth all the time. It's definitely teething. I can see them below her gums.
