there are so many cute things!!!
A popular one is a diaper cover with a party hat and tie. So cute! 
suspenders are also a popular alternative.
If you are looking for something more formal for pictures I love the little jeans with the suit vest and bow tie with suspenders and a fadora or something.

I am doing a custom diaper cover and custom bib. We are doing a Mickey Mouse theme so he is also going to wear mickey ears.

I would probably get a 1st birthday shirt and either diaper cover or jeans. I see a lot in ties, suspenders or both. I like overalls too. Anything would be cute.
