Need a good lactation cookie recipe
I see a bunch of recipes online but I don't know if they work or not. Do you have a recioe you used and you know works?

Need a good lactation cookie recipe
This wasn't the exact recipe I used, but it was very similar. You want to make sure that it has brewers yeast and flax seed.
They were pretty delicious and definitely increased my supply. They were also easy to freeze.

I've never made them but according to many moms in my mommy groups, they all say the same thing...brewers yeast!
