Any recommendations? Or know if any of these 2 are good?

Cod Liver Oil
Ive used the 1st one with my dd when she was infant. My peds recommended their brand. I use their multivitamin as well to this day. Its a great line of supplements for children. I def recommend Ive been happy with it.

Yes I agree about Child Life Essentials. I give their multivitamin to my lo but I'm not sure if they're just as good for the cod liver oil?
