Quick fast pass ?
I'm booking our fast passes and I couldn't get Trst Track until 7:30 at night. Does that mean I can't book any additional passes until after all three are used? Or can I do the two earlier in the day and still get an additional?

Can book 3 no matter what times
Guarantee as you get closer earlier times will open up and you can re-arrange things.
Only thing that stinks about that though is you can't book a 4th one until the last one is used so will be after 7:30

Nope you can't get an additional until you use that Test Track one. I would keep checking for earlier times

Yeah, you can't book a fourth until 7:30.
Anything's possible, but since I believe you are going before the two new Epcot attractions open I wouldn't count on it opening up for an earlier time. TT is by far the most desirable Tier 1 attraction so everyone is booking it.
You can try to split up your party and do separate times that overlap. Ex - book 2 of you for 2-3 and 2 of you for 2:30 - 3:30. You would have that half hour to ride together. People have had success that way.
