sorry another Disney question .. how many days

we just got back from our first Disney vacation in October. we did HS Epcot and AK 1 day each and we ended up doing MK for 2.5 days (one day we went for the Halloween party but we got on a ton of rides)

we are going back to Florida at the end of may. our main purpose of the trip is to visit family and relax a bit. however its the last year where DS is free and before DD enters K so we have decided we want to go back to the park. we don't plan on staying on site we just want tickets. we are deciding between 2 or 3 days.

I rather 2 days to save the money and enjoy one of the resorts (non Disney) we booked. One day we must do AK (DD has requested to go back there) but is one day really enough to do MK? I am thinking since we were just there in October it might be but I don't want to regret not buying the third day and having to pay more money later on if we decide we want to go.

so really after all this the question is do you think one day at MK is enough?

I have been there in May and its still pretty quiet most kids are still in school, you can get away with one day but make sure you strategically fast pass.
