I don't have a coupon, but I bought gift cards at costco about a month ago ($80 for $100 in gift cards). Possible they still have some.

Costco still has the gift cards, I just saw them the other day. I don't think there are any other coupons out right now. The last one I saw expired in March

Yes they do! We just had my DD's birthday party there recently and had 11 people, and I used them in the cafe. You can't use them for gratuity though!
