Who do you contact to inquire about adding a sign on the LIE?

There is a lane on the LIE right after 106/107 and just before the 135/Seaford Oyster Bay exit that I've seen and personally experienced some close calls.

The right lane is the exit lane to the 135 but there is another road that leads onto the LIE but the lane is VERY deceiving. People seem to think the lane continues but it merges with the 135 exit lane.

IMO, there really needs to be a sign that says Lane Ends or Merges. I had an experience today. I saw someone flying on and all of a sudden, he was in my blind spot and I think he realized he had 3 choices. Crash into the wall, crash into me, or step on the brakes.
