Well, my teaching certificate is null and void in NY because it is from MA, and I did not teach there 5 years, so I just sent my resume to as many private schools I could think of. I got tons of calls and interviews and then I chose the one I felt was the best position for me. And I was right!

I found this job on Monster.com....been here for 4 years now.  The one before that was on Monster too.
